The FoodLinks provides real solutions for a complex market. Its value proposal is based in three solutions, they are built on the subject of the value generation: Business Club, Market Entry and Market Creation.
 



SOLUTIONS IN CHILE

In Chile, The FoodLinks is conceived as a Business Club, which is the heart of the entrepreneurship and that gives its quality of relational identity. This Club, integrated by the main actors of the food productive area, is the one that strategically guides the platform operations in Chile and China.

For this purpose, The FoodLinks counts with the vast experience of IGT, a consultant company with a well known tradition in innovation and management, to create the Innovation Club, in collaboration with Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Many companies have found here a cooperative work model where the important thing is what which one can contribute in development solutions and strategies.

The FoodLinks Business Club reunites the companies that are interested in the food Chinese market and its goal is the creation of conversation and decision spaces, with valuable and privileged information about business development in China.

Its activities are a collaboration space that counts with valuable and privileged information about business development in China, acting on the base of experience and knowledge exchange, a key issue to penetrate in such a complex market like the Chinese one. The important thing here is to share what everyone knows and what everyone learns in their business experience. Above all, the net work allows the generation of new business opportunities and synergies among the participants.

SOLUTIONS IN CHINA

The FoodLinks establishes two action lines that deal in an integral way with the companies necessities in China:

  • Market Entry: Its goal is placing in China current products of the Chilean food industry in a short term horizon, therefore, validating national actors in this market. Focused in the operation, the objective is to maximize the probability of feasible business settling in the current context.
  • Market Creation: It looks for the development of food innovation business, specially adapted to the Chinese market, with middle and long term horizon, that at first sight don’t seem evident and that will demand a progressive process in the Chilean industry. By this way, Market Creation is focused on identify, design, build and in some cases operate high potential food business models in the Chinese market.
